Residence units
Elsass Center disposes of 6 two-rooms flats sized 54 to 60 m2 and 3 three-rooms flats at 60 to 90 m2. This provides good and flexible opportunities for staying at the center.

Common conveniences
Aiming at joint cooking and eating together a large flexible kitchen has been designed. It is build up of several single kitchens combined into one big kitchen island. It may be used as both individual family kitchens and as one big shared unit. Also in the kitchen area you will find a fridge-freezer and a cupboard for each residence unit.

Cosiness and comfort
Other facilities include areas for fireside cosiness and comfort, a TV room, an Internet café and a library with both fiction and non-fiction.

Outworking
The center provides 4 outworking units with computers, broadband Internet, fax, printers and photocopying machines.

Play, activities and spa
There are play and activity areas both outdoors in the park and indoors designed as a play-and-sense-room and an indoor water complex with spa baths as well as several activity areas.

Though the units are of different size they all comprise a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Each residence unit has balcony doors with a view over the park and lake. Besides the flats are equipped with Internet access and TV.

Areas for meals
Meals may be had in different areas, in indoor facilities, in a glass roofed court yard or in an outdoor terrace - depending on the weather and individual preferences.
